Allen Swann Joins CopperEye as Chairman of the Board

Industry Leader Brings Strategic Sales and Marketing Expertise to Data Retention and Retrieval Solutions Innovator

Stamford, CT (October 23, 2007) – CopperEye today announced that Allen Swann has been appointed the company’s Chairman of the Board. In this role, Mr. Swann will help to refine CopperEye’s strategy while accelerating the company’s sales and marketing momentum in the European and North American markets. Mr. Swann joins CopperEye as the company is making investments in all areas of the business subsequent to a recent round of funding by LMS Capital and In-Q-Tel; the venture arm of the U.S. Intelligence Community.

Mr. Swann, a seasoned executive with more than 30 years experience in the management of enterprise software companies, brings a wealth of strategic and operational expertise to CopperEye. He currently serves as Head of Strategy for Manpower Software Healthcare Division and as a non-executive Director of Solid Technology. He has also held other executive management roles at Manpower Software PLC, Chordiant Inc. and Prime Response Ltd. Mr. Swann’s experience in data management solutions includes his current role at Solid Technology, a real-time, self-diagnosing, self-healing, small footprint database, as well as with Oracle UK where he helped drive revenue from £4.6 million to over £650m in a variety of sales leadership positions over a 12 year period.
