Mr. Snow is a Director of UK Investments for LMS Capital Plc and has served as a CopperEye director since August 2007. He has been involved with technology companies for most of his career, as both operator and investor. Selected prior investments include Clearswift Limited, Optos plc, TeraView Limited, GlySure Limited and PacketFront Sweden AB. At LMS Capital, he is responsible for portfolio companies AssetHouse Technology Limited and Corizon Limited. Mr. Snow joined LMS Capital in January 2007. Prior to that, he was at Amadeus Capital Partners, a technology venture capital firm, and at Deutsche Bank. He was also co-founder and Research Director of a start up in vehicle security and location systems. He has an MBA from INSEAD where he was a Sainsbury Management Fellow, and an MA and MEng from Cambridge University.
Jamie is an Investment Manager of UK Investments at LMS Capital Plc. Jamie is involved in a number of existing portfolio companies including Corizon Ltd and Cityspace Ltd as well as focusing on new deal opportunities. He joined LMS Capital in June 2008 from Singer and Friedlander where he was a Director in the Corporate and Structured Finance team focusing on mid-market buy-outs. Jamie has a broad range of financial experience spanning Corporate Finance, Property Finance and Leveraged Finance at organizations including Hill Samuel and ING Barings. He also has direct operational and M&A experience having been a senior Director of Wintrust plc, where he oversaw its sale and subsequent integration into Singer and Friedlander. Jamie has an MA in Mathematics from Cambridge University.
Carmen joined CopperEye in June, 2007 as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Services and was promoted to CEO in February, 2008. Prior to CopperEye, Carmen was the Chief Operating Officer of MessageLabs (sold to Symantec in 2008 for 4.8 times revenues), the integrated messaging and web security managed services company. During Carmen's tenure, MessageLabs' revenue grew from $40M to $120M. Before joining MessageLabs, Carmen gained technology and management experience in various Silicon Valley software and services organizations. Her roles included Vice President of Global Services for BroadVision, Vice President of Client Services for Caresoft and Director of Operations and Product Development for Healthtrac.
